bhai jan if u look closely u will find that it is the best place and u wont believe but it is true that this land will be in possession of ghq for the construction of future askari schemes for retd army officers how can the dha plan anything about this area so this is a deliberate action soon u will see askari coming over this area , army has no other land to build these societies and as per there policy all future askari schemes will be in dha all over the pakistan so wait and see for ur self

Fizaya depends on LRR and the benifit of LRR first go to Phase 9. Fizaya can never beat DHA 7 or 9

Mohib Sahab u should go for phase7 10 marla ..This is the best time becoz possession is started ..i bought 2 10 marla phase7 two years ago for 55lacs now price is around 60-62lacs..It's gona rise even more..it has potentional reach around 70 lacs within one year .Goodluck 2 u

Mr.Zaeem, at first place my question is why are they going to change the existing map of state Life 2, and secondly my concern is, if someone, has a plot on a better location as per the existing map, n once the new comes, the same plot is shifted to a location, which is not as good as in the previous map, than it would be a loss for all those who have plot on the better location.

Plz give your opinion on this.

Mr sharyar, they do not have plot in a better location because they have paid for it. It was a simple luck in balloting. Same way the one who have plots in bad location, what is their fault? Or they have paid less? Its simple luck so it doesnt harm to change the map and shuffle some plots

You are just thinking of the original file holders. A large number of files have been sold many times and their rates were (and still are) dependent on their location. What is the fault of a buyer who had paid more for a legal transaction of file located at 200/ 100 or 60 feet roads
