I agree with ur assessment about prosperous future of DHA MULTAN. Probably these are last few days for those who shave still not bought file in DHA MULTAN. Currently price is down due to new files / entry of area. Soon will take upward trend. Thnxx

The prices of 5 marla prism plot seems higly under valued as compared to good/corner location plot of R block prism.the price of bad location plot in other block at least should be arround 28 lacs.Friends on his forum are requested to discuss this huge gap in prices.

Salman,

Very few people will be dumping good plots even if there is a small correction. They know these plots will be 2.5-3 times in value in 5 years or less. So the best time is now when you can actually buy w/o even paying any development charges.

I have a plot K-81(Corner)in NFC 2 and paid RS 175,000 Devel charges.
Should I keep this plot for three years it will give me good gain? or I have to sales it, need your advise.
