Which is the best commercial investment option for the time span of next 3-4 years out of the following given choices-

1- Phase 6 MB (including 8M com. upper part of P block of phase 7).
2- Phase 7 CCA 4 Barki road
3- Phase 8 CCA1 & CCA2
4- Phase 8 Commercial Broadway
5- Phase 9 DHA Town CCA
6- Phase 9 DHA Prism Z1

phase 7 commercial is best as theirs lot of residential buying going on and as commercial property is always linked with residential activity so it has the most chance of going upwards i believe ... rest ALLAH knows the best

What about Commercial Broadway, considering this will be biggest Commercial Sector and is right on the Ring Road wherein people apart from Defense can come for shopping and entertainment. Would not it be like another center of activity like Liberty, Fortress, Link Road and Y Block Markets?

Considering residential already developed and low
prices, Phase 7 commercial is the best option right now in my opinion. However, you must visit all the areas, keep few investing points in mind and make up your own mind.
