Dear Abdul Hameed my suggestion is that keep in mind basics of commercial property investments in mind, visit the area and make your own opinion. You will reach a better decision as my experience is that DHA commercial market has lots of anomalies and myths so only way to reach optimal decision is thorough detailed research.
