Dear All – I have a quick question. Why is it that the price of 1 kanal plot in Parkview or Air Avenue are not as high as one would expect even though the
location is superb. For example, an average Parkview plot is available between 125 lacs with a good location plot around 150. Air Avenue is even cheaper.
When you compare the rates of these socieities to DHA 6 where an average plot is 170 and a good location plot is 220 or even phase 7 where an average plot is 110 with a top plot already touching 140 (no homes there yet), I am unsure of what is the reason. Some people have said that the development of phase 6 and 7 is far more superior to Park View and Air Avenue (even though there location is far better).
I just want to understand the general view.
