Prism Lahore Plots For Sale By Lahore Real Estate

I dont think there is any other estate office in Lahore other than Lahore Estate that can possibly offer you half the locations as we do in Prism. This is the reason people in market call us dealer of dealers :) .


We are offering you properties with plot numbers and prices to have fair deals. No one in market dare to do that because it makes their tokka work impossible. When we post plot numbers and prices we actually force them to offer you a fair price to you too. We could keep you iin dark by we got a best location plot at lowest price blaa blaa but having an actual number and plots price make our job east and faster. Buyer knows what is he getting and at what price. If we cant give them good price we loose that client to some one else who does.

I dont think there could be more easy way for you to find the actual going prices of your own plots in any area or block. Just look what else is at sale near your plot .Also a lot more easy way to find the hidden bargains from the attached image. I can show you alt least three but want to test your knowledge. Tell me what plots are priced best for the location.

Any one finds three best buy from attached images get a imaginary water cooler :)

C1048 corner at ONLY 61 lacs
H637 @ 58 lacs corner
B663@65 facing park

You are seeing most and worst plots for sale in market. All panic sellers or worst location holders that cant hold their plots due to bad locations or cant pay development charges are already selling the plots in Prism now. So we do expect once some of these locations are gone Prism will start slow but steady move upwards and actualu have gained couple of lacs in current week for most locations. For example where plots were available at 25 to 27 lacs in Prism R people are now asking 27 to 30 lacs

LRE is expecting this is the most selling pressure in Prism after the ballot and Prism held very strong. Even bad location and budget could not dent Prism. Last couple of weeks alone we bought 7 plots in A block for our clients when 99% dealers cant even find you a single location for sale in Prism. Good buying is seen in one kanal in A B C F P Q blocks. Most buying in 5 marla is seen in R block. Even bottom part near Nallah R plots got sold from market quickly at 25 to 26 lacs. Same time J block still have too many location at boundary for sale in 21 to 23 lacs range but no buyers at these lowest prices. 10 marla Prism is almost not seeing at buying selling. Cant explain the reason why not.

Also note in attached image all plots are positioned to actual ground location that will be Insha Allah within few feet as it on official DHA Prism map.

We chalange you to call your dealer andhe will give you same plots at 50000 to 200000 higher prices. Dealers that give you higher prices are looking of extra money from them in addition to their commission. If you are a seller you lose because dealer waiting to sell at higher price for his share and not for your benefit. More he wait more time it takes to sell your plot. If you are a buyer you lose by paying extra to your old dealers. If he does that than please be fair and now do give us a chance to serve your needs in buying and selling your properties.

As far as
location is concerned SL2 does not have match however it is pertinent to mention here that the management has to play their role to take the prices up. The work in SL1 proves that they have lot of potential. In my humble and lay opinion the prices will definitely rise here with the passage of time. If you have read the post of CMY he mentioned that it might be taken over by DHA in any time frame then you can yourself imagine the worth of that place which is already in the center of DHA and very close to ring road. The moment they announce any activity here the prices will be out of reach. Regards

When to Pay Money to Dealer For Buying Plot?

Dear Brothers

If we have to buy a plot then at what stage we need to pay money to the dealer? I do not want to give all money to the dealer before plot transfer in my name. I want to pay at time of plot transfer. Is there any standard procedure to safeguard the interests of the buyer? Does each housing society has its own procedure for it?

100% payment at time of transfer not even 1% at token, If Biana is 3 Months then sometimes they ask 50% Commission which is justified.
Better avoid biana, Give Token of one Lac and verify and arrange property in 2 weeks. I always bought on Token and Full payment. Only exception was house which was was with 5 Lac Biana and 3 Months was given to get LDA NOC, I did Not pay any Commission only gave at time of transfer. Neither dealer demanded.

Admin Edit: Re Post Due To Posting Errors

In society office, when final steps of Purchase take place, The seller surrender his original Documents to office they recognize the papers and verify the ID of seller, and Let You sign every thing etc including signature and Bio metric, Then You come out of Office and get Full payment receipt from seller on stamp paper, and get receipt on Copy of Pay order get dealer as witness.
After all you usually pay cash Commission of dealer at the same time.

Society may give you allotment latter at later stage can take few days to 6 weeks depending upon the Process of Society. Commission is not delayed till that time.

@Jameel & Salman. Thanks for clarifying. I actually wanted to ask that when we should pay the money to the seller? So I can assume from above that we pay to the seller at time of plot transfer in society office. So we pay to seller by cross check or Pay Order?

Token is an intial little amount one gives to seller for locking the deal whereas Bayana is one third of total amount which was decides by seller and buyer to finlalized the deal.
