How Much is the new tax on property on buyers ?
2% or 3% ?
and on which amount it will be imposed ?

Zafar Upto my Knowledge no new Tax is Imposed on Property Purchase, Last year one Tax named advanced income Tax was imposed , if the Dc rate of you purchase crosses 30 lac then it is 2% for Non NTN Holder and 1% on NTN holder

Till Now these taxes are there
CVT 2% of DC rate on any plot more than 10 merla
Stamp duty 3% of DC rate on any size
Advanced Income tax 2% of DC rate if purchase is more than 30 Lac

So total 2+2+3 per cent + Society Transfer fees + membership fess and Commission. makes a lot of Money

These are DC rates per Merla in DHA in
In Lahore for the Fiscal Year 2014-15, in the real estate market the Punjab Govt has revised the D.C Rates that also includes
DHA Lahore.
Not only the D.C rate is revised but the new stamp duty is 3% where as c.v.t 2%

Following are the D.C Rates per Marla for respective Phases in DHA, Lahore:

DHA Lahore-Phase1, Rs.2,52,000

DHA Lahore-Phase2, Rs.2,22,000

DHA Lahore-Phase3, Rs.2,22,000

DHA Lahore-Phase3, Y & Z Blocks, Rs.3,00,000

DHA Lahore-Phase4, Rs.2,10,000

DHA Lahore-Phase5, Rs.1,35,000

DHA Lahore-Phase6, Rs.1,35,000

DHA Lahore-Phase7, Rs.1,20,000

DHA Lahore-Phase 8, Rs.90,000

Phase 9,10,11 , Rs. 45,000

Extra land in Phase 9 Town

Can any one please let me know the procedure of applying for extra land adjacent to his plot. Recently the DHA has announced the possession of phase 9 Town, I have a corner plot of 5 Marla which has extra land, so I want to apply for the extra land. Please guide the process & approximate amount the dha is likely to calculate

Khan bhai you dont neef to apply for extra land. When you will sell your plot or apply for possession of plot you will be issued s site plan. Site plan is issued after DHA survey
team take on site measurements. Before DHA use to charge DC rate for extra land but now charge for extra land at market rates.

Mr. CMY I'm really obliged by your prompt response. My plot 1647-C Phase 9 Town has ( V triangle ) excess land. In case I apply for possession, do I have to give consent of having entire V extra land. What is your opinion will DHA give that land or keep it as green belt ?

Plot 1646-C is also mine, so should I also apply for amalgamation of both plots first & therafter apply for possession or should do both simultaneously ?
