Zafar Upto my Knowledge no new Tax is Imposed on Property Purchase, Last year one Tax named advanced income Tax was imposed , if the Dc rate of you purchase crosses 30 lac then it is 2% for Non NTN Holder and 1% on NTN holder
Till Now these taxes are there
CVT 2% of DC rate on any plot more than 10 merla
Stamp duty 3% of DC rate on any size
Advanced Income tax 2% of DC rate if purchase is more than 30 Lac
So total 2+2+3 per cent + Society Transfer fees + membership fess and Commission. makes a lot of Money

In Lahore for the Fiscal Year 2014-15, in the real estate market the Punjab Govt has revised the D.C Rates that also includes DHA Lahore.
Not only the D.C rate is revised but the new stamp duty is 3% where as c.v.t 2%
