Any update on the "Excluded Area" of Block B, Phase 9, DHA? It has been some time after ballot and real picture of the Excluded Area must have come up by now ... anybody having some authentic news?

Me and my family have finally decided on phase 8 DHA to build a home. I wanted to ask when is posession expected in this area? And how is T V U X blocks? And there is a line crossing between W-V and U-T will that be a massive over-hanging outside wire or what? please need all your input for this endeavour. I'll be grateful for any help. Where do prices seem to be for phase 8 proper? Dont they seem a bit higher end.

U have chosen the best place with an amazing master plan and top
location.
Like CMY said at most it may take 2 years for possession.
U can expect about 30% gain on average on possession.

Could you please comment on the 1 KVHT line passing between X+W-V and T-U? I dont understand does this harm the property around it or something?

hello experts, i am reading the posts after the LRR came in to headlines, lots of comments about different societies are given on this forum which may be very really fruitful, and many investors are rushing towards the societies according to LRR map, but in my opinion its quite early i mean at least let the dust settle down a bit. even we don't know when LRR is going to start? Funds have been released >?

what u guys think ?

90% things are clear, waiting can add the price and thing can over shoot even more than relaistic value as you trend once set prevails for a while.
In LRR area the best time to take decision in Before Eid. After that there will be certinly price hike when Gulf based investors will be seeking properties till end of August. Ramdan month will be best for buying.
For Prism i Think Jan Feb 2016 will be best. No matter developemt charges are 18 or 21 Both will bring the price bit low and also will will help investor to make better informed decision.
