There is 4 ways to become small investor like him.
1 - Full Time Corruption
2 - Inherited money from parents
3 - Stable business in local or foreign country
4 - 5 Finger in Oil and head on pot in foreign country job.

If you are fulfill any of above requirement then you can make dreams and if not then only prayer can miracle.

I am an old man. I started my real estate portfolio with Rs.50000/- hard earned money, for a plot of 1k in Moza Saidpur, Multan Road in 1987. sold it in 1999 and reinvested in Ali park Bedian Road. again sold it and reinvested in DHA well intime when
prices of files were low.
I have been hurt. Please also give some margin to Almighty Allah who says in "Surah Talaq verse-3" that "I will give you RIZQ from such sources which you could never imagine. If you have Tawakkal in Allah, then HE ,the Almighty , is sufficient for you. Allah makes sure to enforce His decree. ......"
In my case, it is purely His blessings that He guided me to switch my invesments well intime from one place to other.and thats what it is. May Allah SWT bless you all with such bounties ad He has been kind on me.

Like you answer @small investor.
It was very beautiful time when you invest your 50,000 money in property. People have respect with each other and cooperate and solve problem altogether.

Now, the time is change and behavior of people is very rude and criticizing. Some people are born to blame and criticize to other like Muhammad Atif.

We are waiting for miracle that someone guide these people.

Although i have not written above remarks but i seek sincere apologies from all of us please forgive us all -- i am also one of those whome Allahs SWT has blessed -- another verse in Surah Talaq is "WA MAYN YATTAQILLAHA YAJ ALLAHU MAKHRAJA WA YARYAZHU MIN HAISU LA YAHTASIB " If you observe TAQWA Allah swt will protect you from all difficulties and give you RIZQ from whre you cannot think of -- in the same surah there are four other promises with thos who observe TAQWA -- so i have tested that and observed TAQWA and received all of these 5 promises as stated in this surah -- STAY BLESSED SIR "SMALL INVESTOR" --
