DHA Town 9 is likely to boost up quicker. I have a reason to believe because once you have possession all property dealer will try to use your Commercial offices to sell chunks of Land in Proper 9. So rental value plus capital value will shoot up at light speed.

Only consider Town if you have enough to build on it otherwise any other can be chosen for investment .

I am not a property expert but know one thing the town is for 5 marla area mostly so it will be built up early and with more population. so commercial activity also start early it is recommended to go for dha town 9
