Effect of LRR on Phase 9
Dear Mr. Jameel & CMY,

I would appreciate if you could give your detailed opinion on effect of LRR on Phase 9 blocks close to it - Block F, H, K & J.

In my opinion it will have big effect, your expert opinion will be highly appreciated me and off course the whole forum.

In Prism 9, the price of H-320 is written as 65 while that of H-324 is 58. Since these two plots are in the same street, almost facing each other, why there is difference of 7 Lakh? Please guide me if I am missing any thing here (i.e. regarding the relative rates of these two plots). Thank you very much.
