Hi my question is how phase7 will hold up in next year or so ..any chances of prices increase in coming future specialy of 10 marla plots after possession in dec2015 ? why phase8 is sky rocket at this stage no way near any possession or develeopment ...? is phase7 is that bad location that investers are not investing like in phase8 ..best regards

Location of phase 7 is better than that of phase 9 for many reasons that could be understood if anyone visits the area. Therefore either phase 7 developed plots will go up since there is a time difference of at least 6 to 8 years between phase 7 and phase 9 or prices of phase 9 plots will go down. It is not logical to have one phase developed and other in the planning phase to have the same prices but these market anomalies have existed many times earlier also and with passage of time these are corrected.

There are many factors before buying property, for living ? For investment ? or for Personal "Liking"

Phase 7,8,9 have plus miuses and interesting to compare
for example why DHA town is 50 lac and DHA phase 9 5 Merla is 23+7 is understandable,
location is almost same one is ready other will be ready after 7 to 8 years.
In case 7 and 8 Comparison the Location of Phase 8 is better but not ready and have disadvantage of bad town planning and low level of land as compared to main road.
DHA 9 have good location but bad planning poor access points and will be ready after many years. I am holding in both in DHA 7 and 8 and had significant growth. Before buying in phase 9 I am asking 2 questions from myself one is am I ready to invest in place which will be developed in 8 to 9 years.
2nd question is, it possible in this 8 years course DHA phase 9 will be available at more attractive prices like in 2016 or 2017 as it happened in case of phase 7 and 8. Still I am confused on these 2 points.

Distance from High Tension Wires

Dear Friends

How much distance we should keep from high tension electrical wires for safety reasons? These are Wapda wires on big towers, not normal home wires.

It is difficult to predict a safe distance from power lines, because the EMFs can vary greatly depending upon the situation. The best advice is to measure with a gaussmeter to determine the actual levels of magnetic fields and the distance required in your particular case. (Special note: magnetic fields are particular EMF component most often linked to health effects in the studies. They are measured with special instruments called gaussmeters.)The strongest magnetic fields are usually emitted from high voltage transmission lines — the power lines on the big, tall metal towers. To be sure that you are reducing the exposure levels to 0.5 milligauss (mG) or less, a safety distance of 700 feet may be needed.You can get gauss meter from hall road .

As a layman in the field I would suggest to turn on your radio near the cables and start gradually going away from the transmission lines. The area where there is no more magnetic interference (i.e. radio voice is very clear) would be the safe place to live.
