Go for phase 8 proper..anything that comes in this price range..don't look for more and more land.. stay in search of price appreciation

Can someone give a estimated price of an odd size plot with area of about 555 sq yds ,corner ,close to 150 ft road and good access to golf course in Sector P. The side on main road is 135 ft whereas the depth of plot is 100 ft with other two sides 90 and 10 ft(opens to other road).

Which one is better investment (5-7 years time frame)in prism 9, four very good location 1K plots or one 8 Marla commercial? any thoughts? Four 1K plots has flexibility though to sell part of investment if needed. Thanks

Difference between prices of 10 M and 1 Kanal file of Ph 9 and Ph 9 ext is almost 10 lac for each . However, difference for 5 M is only 3 lac, which is also reducing day by day . Unable to understand. On the other side Ph 9 Town also gaining significantly.

If you can wait for some longer period, 10M for Phase-3 (expected location opposite to IEP Sec B) is much better than 5M w.r.t. gains %.

If want to have house in a year or 2, go for 5M in Phase-II.

I donot recommend DHA Rahber...Very close to Hadiara Drain and I have observed some smell issue
