Attn CMY,

I have been following this forum from last couple of months , and really find it useful. I have 2 plots in DHA 9 Town near
D416 and A2025

I have been advised possession is 99.99% confirmed on 31st May and 00.01 % before 30th June.

I was planning to buy another plot in DHA 9 town, is it advisable
And when should i sell these 3 plots and where do you think i should invest 12-18 million.

Time frame: 2-3 yrs

it is a good time to buy in DHA Town before possession, as
prices will rise gradually after possession and within 1-2 years can reach as high as 70-75 once construction will start there.

location plot near to park. Must be at least 67 lacs without development charges.
P-632 is a good location plot, must be 63 lacs without development charges.
Q-586 is a bad/worst location plot facing boundry. Must be 55 lacs without development charges.

Sir it should be phase 7 R block obviously. Phase 6 has somehow reached its peak whereas Phase 7 has a lot of potential to grow. Specially R W & Z1 blocks have a lot of potential as these block are facing Raya and are almost part of Phase 6.

DARAMA OF DEALERS HAS STARTED AGAIN

The prices of file of Phase 9 extension has increased to 46 lacks...... that means people are still interested in Phase 9 but discussion on this forum shows that Prism is doomed

everyone here is trying to down play the prices in each block

in my opinion the prices are to be determined by the location of the plot

SO ..........ALL THE PRISM PLOT HOLDERS PLEASE HOLD ON ...... SIT TIGHT ..... SHOW SOME MORE PATIENCE WHICH YOU HAVE SHOWN FOR LAST MANY YEARS

beaware of crook dealers (not every one, but good ones very hard to find)

Totally agreed with you. phaee 9 EXT file rate of 1K is 46 lacs and Phase 9 PRISM (consider as best phase of DHA) Plot Rate of 1 K is between 50 - 65. i Dont understand te logic of such low price in DHA Prism.

before selling any kind of plot in Prism in any kindly check the plot
prices in DHA phase f5 you will surely bi stunned. With comparison to plots in Phase 5 phase 9 . Dont sale any plot if you want to gain a huge profit just hold on and stay calm.

Very true.Dealers are no authority if we dont sell below 25 excluding development charges.Market will go up eventually. You can't even get a plot in pakarab which has poor development standards and no brand name.So hold your nerves if you dont have any extreme compulsion. Best of luck.

The market will soon find its equilibrium point and the difference in
prices will b adjusted as per plot and sector worth.pressently prices are floating on non technical ground as some shark dealers are trying to manipulate prices.psychology of investor vary person to person and class wise .What is good for one is not that much good for another.similar is the case with bad one.Market has its own forces and the investor are the strongest one no matter small or big.Let hopes best from DHA to make the prism a success story.
