Phase VIII vs Phase IX

Dear CMY sb.

Need your opinion. I have one 1K plot in phase 8, X-Block worth around 135-140K, What you will suggest if I buy two plots in phase 9 after selling phase 8 plot? investment purpose please for two three years.

@raja sb... I think dha phase 9 has more potential than 8 now.. As i think phase 8
prices are matured now... Its already at the saturation point... I think u should pull out ur invesemt from 8 and put it in 9... But u should keep in mind that u must be able to hold phase 9 plots for atleast 3 years from now to get better returns...

This was my opinion... U should also wait for sir CMY's opinion too... May be he have some differnet and obviously better point of view than me...

Why DHA multan's file prices are comming down day by day. Is there any reason? Please respond informed people.

I think, since
DHA Multan is first time and acquiring land on regular pace so there is no problem of supply but demand is comparatively less due to investor hesitating to visit Multan but expecting better price once DHA 9 plots actually will be selling and then people will divert their investment from DHA 9 to DHA Multan for better gain hope so.

Location Evaluation Phase 9 Plot

I would request Lahore Real Estate and any other friend to comment on location of F1801 Phase 9. How is this location, although it is a boundary plot but it does not have red or blue lines by CMY. Should I hold it or dispose off.
