I want to ask u is my plot L 1014 (phase 9 10 marla ) bigger than 10 marla or not ...As it seems on map it's bigger than 10 marla...and if yes how can I knw

Only possible way to know is when they charges you for extra land at the time of development or possession .that's how I find out

Exact size of plot will be available only at time of possessions. DHA asks you to pay extra land cost if land under 5 marla. If extra land is 5 or plus marla. DHA will make it a plot if possible to make a house. Some time dimension dont allow for a practice 5 marla plot in that case you pay for all extra land cost

location. No negative
