@sana i think thats a reasonable offer if its excluding development charges.. If u dont have holding power for next 3-5 years then i think u must avail this offer.

Dear LRE team,

Kindly advise where to invest ± 2.5 m. I have following options in mind.

. 5 marla at phase-9
. 5 marla at pase-8 (IVY Green)

(I want to stick with DHA phase 1-9 only)

if u want to stick with phase 1-9 of DHA only then a good location plot of Phase 9 would be a good option for holding atleast 3 years from now...

Shahid bro your plot H-132 is corner on back of 150 ft road and close to park and some comfortable distance from commercial. You should hold it.
