Its a beautiful location but there will be a lot of KHAPP also due to its almost corner location of the main road. Value given to a plot at the corner of a street or in front of a park is a variable. Few people like to remain in the main hustle and bustle while a few like to remain in peace and tranquility. Now which type of a person you are, I leave it your own imagination what should be the value of your plot. Nothing is good or bad but thinking makes it so. :)

It is good to have a plot on main roads as people are willing to pay more for these plots but in DHA it is not as beneficial as in many other societies as you cannot make it commercial in DHA. Having a home on main road i a question mark. Atleast i wont make a house on main road ...
