What are prospects of Park View 4 Marla commercial file & where it will located after ballot.

At present what is rate of 4M commercial plot in park view?

Can someone comment whether DHA allows relaxed set backs in such cases.

A plot with a frontage of over 130 feet and depth of 100/80 feet should be an architects dream to make an innovative design. I also seem to be attracted once the development work completes in this Sector. The access from this plot to 150 feet road also attracts.
Could you please contact once you have the letter from DHA and willing to sell.

Hello CMY & respectful brothers. Can you please kindly let me know your thoughts about current 5 Marla phase 9 file holders who were not part of may 15th balloting that when balloting will happen which are the left over areas in phase 9 map that we remaining 5 Marla file holders will end up getting our plots. Brothers please comment because it will help me making a decision if I should keep my current file or sell it. Thanks

Remaining Prism files to be balloted every 6 months as per DHA administrator Brig Babar on Prism ballot day. 5 Marla are in R J K blocks. So most likely only in these blocks
