Phase9N and Sad Face !! Drain may not be an issue as both plots have some distance from it . But both are on boundary wall. I have N-897 near you guys. Hay we are not far from sector Park ,commercial,school and masjid. That is Good :-)

LRE would be best person to comment on our plots for its location, current price and future to hold or not.
Also, do any of you know, can I sell it before development starts (heard its in January 2016) and who will pay the development charges if want to sell before December 2015?

Q block is already developed only few Lines of lower Cut are pending
Disputes and Land Take over in Commercial Q resolved and Possession is available in most of Q Block.
I am not sure of houses under constuction

As of My March visit there were about 10+ under construction houses in phase 7, i could see only in R,S Q and T Block
i presume at that time other Blocks did not have possession, You can see DHA .org In news there are 2 Batches which got possession first in 8,9 Months Back and recent 3 months back

There are scores of houses particularly in R block. In other blocks especially near T, U etc. blocks there are few houses under construction however, start of new houses is almost every week. Phase 7 is in a position what phase 6 was almost four years back. Will try to post phase 7 pictures next weekend.
