Dear CMY,
I got plot no C-1288 one kanal and want to build house in future. Your recommendations Required either to keep it if it is a good location or to replace it with some excellent location. what would be tentative differential amount. when would be right time to swap.
Your guidance required please

Jamil I see C1288 as a best
location for making a dream home. I am confused what made you to think you need to switch.

C block it self is a very good block location wise. Your plot is NOT EFFECTED ALL by Harpalkey village.

Dont waist you money in switching plot. If I had this plot I will make my house there. This block would have been equally prices as A block only IF there was no village here.

I am sorry It is a very weak
location please sell it. Its will take long time to sell so put it on sale now. Not worth holding for 6 years.

What are your thoughts on 4 Marla commercial price range in Zone 1 ?

- Will you also tell me price range off 8 Marla in Zone 1 on 150 foot road.

We have 2
location at 400 lacs demand. I thing 375 to 385 possible for all dues clear plot. No plot on sale on 150 feet road in Z1 yet.

dear CMY

You are recommending holding of phase 9 plots for 5 years minimum for maximum gains.keeping in view the inflation is it a wise decsion.if i buy it for 80 lac it would maximum be 120 but still far away from possession and habitation. Look at phase 6..it is given possession almost 6/7 years but half of it is still vacant. How come phase 9 can reap maximum benifit after 5 years. U can still find plot around 120 in phase 6 sector N.

Khalid bhai I bought my two DHA 6
files at 18 lacs in 2003. Paid 4.5 lacs as development charges on plots after ballot. Take out average price of DHA6 now than do all calculations against inflation and then inform me property investments are useless. May be I am missing something here. Really want to learn.

I was thinking to take some time off but looks like good friends like you want to keep me busy here for ever as I may have to spend few hours to do these calculation for you here :)

cmy uncle can u look at k block map and tell me that road going from 1776 towards 1156 is dead end or a open road near boundary of private land and comfort factory , i am just doing post mar tum of that

My investments in Last 7 years Doubled in term of Dollar and tripled in Pak Currency, You may be surprised that Pak Currecny did not get devalued that fast as we believe in In June 2010 I transferred Money to Pkistan to buy a house at rate of 84.5 Rs per Dolar, now in 2015 it is 101.25, So it means 3.8% Compunded Currency devaluation / year NOT TOO BAD.

In last 5 years there 2 econimically bad years [Zardari period] One Averge years ie First Nawaz year and 2 Good years ie 2013 and 2014. So I think This is an average estimate.

J 1926 is a good
location. Keep it and sell only after southern loop of Lahore ring road is complete
