Which plot to be retained

My brother has ballotted two one k plots in phas9. Confused now which one to retain:
P 1065 corner but odd shaped and second Q 955 which though not corner but on 80 foot road and normal dimension. Can real experts advise which to retain.

Risks of buying in Non-LDA approved areas

Dear Experts, I have come to know that many societies including Bahria Town Sector D, E and F are still not approved by LDA. LDA has issued multiple warnings to people that these societies/sectors are not approved and buyers and sellers shall do any transactions at their own risks.

Moreover, there are many societies in Lahore which are not fully LDA approved. What risks are there while investing in such societies?

Areas marked in red are the areas that are already purchased by DHA.
This information may be a sigh of relief for many and will prevent may selling their land at very low price.

Areas include
-Large area north east of Comfort factory.
-Youhanabad village area.
-Small J block area on ring road.
-Part next to Anmol society
-Part of Dav Kalan village

You should not worry because

1) Villages spoil the view when you see from Plane. On ground you wont even know that there is any village unless you peak through their entrance.

2) Villagers are also Human beings and they have sold their place to let you make a posh society.

3) These villages give you maids ,servants and drivers.

4) You will find these villges in every posh society... EME DHA, Wapda Town , DHA almost all phases including Phase 7 and 8.

i have a file ref 9x/ol/007700 and after balloting it is alloted 9/b/000296 . i am assuming that this means sector B and plot number 296 . please evaluate price.

AOA everybody!

I have been follwoing LRE website since the balloting has been done in DHA 9. My brother and I invested in DHA 9 , 2 5 Marla and 2 10 Marla files.

The result is as follows:

928 J - facing park
844 J - corner
3177 J -corner
2236 J

I wonder why all of our plots are in J block, I am assuming that when you get a file it is mentioned that this file is acquired against the following land e.g: on my file it was written that you have 5 marla or 10 marla and the following land lie under the dev kalaan location and the previous owner was this and that etc and bla bla bla. That's why they ballot it likewise. I maybe wrong.

Anyways I need evaluation for the above mentioned plots with logical reasons. As I am being optimistic and feel that whoever earn Halaal Kamae it will never ever get wasted and ALLAH also helps them.

Though the post uploaded by CMY name was fake, but fact cannot be changed, either if CMY or anyone else continue to brag about phase 9 superiority over other DHA phases. The fact is people are really not happy. It is true that phase 9 will be a normal DHA phase (as others are right now) once its development is over, there but there is nothing new or extraordinary here in phase 9. And it will take if not more, but atleast 8 to 10 years.

People like me, who invested in phase 9, considering its hype (which was mostly created by the dealers) are now considering to take their investments out of phase 9. The most potential short term investment appearing at this moment is phase 7. I got 3 one kanal plots, but all at average locations, moving my investment to phase 7, kanal and 10 marla plots. Now is phase 7 turn to gain and that too in short period of time. Good Luck to all too.

Its my opinion what people giving comments only by their own mind.But real picture will be changed after few years.Near Ring road in sector H and F all plots average location now on map as per Property guru but on reality people comments will be changed.Let see .Thanks to Allah to and profit and loss in HIS hand.Good luck
