I would like your candid opinion. I have a 1-Kanal plotin sector V of Phase 8. Plot # is 1143. I would like to know whether I should retain this plot or sell it and buy somewhere else.

Please advice from perspective of contructing a home at this plot and not from the investment point of view.

What are approx plot prices for DHA LHE Phase 9, Sui 2, all 1 kanal? Also Phase 7?
What are commercial plot prices? What phase has lowest prices?
For time horizon 5-20 years What options from above are best?

2. Can we buy a plot in the name of a child who has a shanakhti card (being overseas)

3. Can we buy plot in the name of someone who is overseas. Will the person have to come here?

The file number I have is like
AM/9X/6XXX

or other wise there is an application number mentioned in subject as Application No 6XXX

Ballot results on DHA web site has number in this format 9/OL/000001/

Is this the same thing like 9/OL/006XXX is same thing as AM/9X/6XXXX or application number
