In defense of Brother CMY.
There is an old saying "Ghora agar ghaas say dosti karay ga to khaye ga kia". We should all remember that this forum is not an NGO but owned and run by a private limited for profit enterprise. It's a wonderful source of information for free and has done a great deal to educate everyone. This forum could have been much more by now if over the years, some very learned and intelligent contributors were not discouraged to share their thoughts here by censorship of the admins of this forum.
DHA market lahore is not rocket science. It is an extremely simple to understand market. Any body with reasonable intellect and logical reasoning who can keep his emotional side at bay can do very well in this market as an investor.
CMY is a smart guy who has gained his status as a "guru" through logical reasoning combined with a close observation of on ground facts and historical trends in the DHA market along with his daily dealings in the DHA offices. He may be privy to lot of insider information through his contacts in DHA or outside but trust me he has never or will never share these on an open forum such as this. That information is only for his own benefit; that's what "inside information" is all about. And I see that as a perfect natural normal trait in any business individual.
My only disagreement is when he shows too much enthusiasm and excitement about a certain phase, sector or investment. He lets his own liking or disliking or maybe his own long term investments affect the force with which he promotes or discourages a certain sector or phase.
This is a forum run by individuals who are themselves involved in the same business for their livelihood. There is a conflict of interest here and if we can keep that in mind, we will be able to better utilize the resources available on this forum to make better judgements in future.
If I have time and If permitted by the admins, I will like to share the basic fundamentals of DHA market and explain how simple, straightforward it is to do well here. It's unfortunate the market is full of gullible and naive investors who have absolutely no understanding of the market and simply rely on gurus, uncles, friends to help them make money. Remember, they will all think about their benefit first before yours. There is only one person who will put your benefit first; You. Make yourself a guru. Trust me its not difficult.

I agree with you Mr. Ahmed. Honestly, very true and factual analysis.
Almost One month before balloting, no comments against Phase-9 was allowed on this forum. All comments & advise were deleted by admin. Everybody can easily understand Why admin did that. We can not blame CMY straight away. Investors have to use own brain while investing huge amounts.
DHA market is really simple & just need a common sense. How easily we forget the history of DHA how they ballot & then develop the phases. |

True MBS anything against phase 9 was banished and that assisted in having false expectations. In my opinion, balanced view helps everyone therefore difference of opinion should be encouraged. |

I disagree with MBS and Sheheryar, I you search my Posts I always have been giving other side of story about phase 9, these posts never got deleted, The posts which were deleted were just rumor based or not based on facts.
Definitely based on their own interest people have been giving false informations as well. Nobody should be given chance to play with Investments of othere just for fun of it.

I fully support CMY logical analysis done before ph-9 ballotting, Where are all other benefitiaries of this forum. Please come forward and shut the mouth of those who are criticizing CMY who gave us great knowledge about real estate business and many of us made millions of rupees.Don't forget our investment was not taken on gun point it was our own dissision knowingly that it could turn into a gamble.
