You have given very valuable information regarding how to evaluate location in phase-9, please explain reason why plot is badly located if plot is next to overhead tank and ring road if edge of ring road is 40-50 m away with service road in between,

(in front of mosque is bad due to parking issues,grave yard remind you your end all day and also traffic:)....) thx

I bought 2 plots in DHA Rahbar about 1 year ago. Should I sell these plots or hold them due to upcoming projects of bridge over Defense Road & Lahore ring road.
