Hi, Can you please advise if the plot in phase 9 Sector c Numbered 882 is having a good location. I see its near the graveyard, however, the park is also near. what will be the value after around 5 years? Please advise

H-140 is a very nice plot, close to 150 feet road, close to ring road and H block is the only square planned block.. very good
location, you should hold it

The only 5 Marla Block near to all main facilities in Phase-9 (Theme Park, even you can say Golf Course,
Only One Factory is connected to this Block (quite away from the main R block area)
No Near by Village.
I think there is an approach towards rohi nala (From right side) and then towards bediyan road. (Avecinna Hospital, Medical College, Country Homes,Bankers Society)
I had been working in the Govt Department, so i have idea that Nalla will be covered as they Covered in Samnabad Lahore (LOS). In Fact govt has plans to cover all the nallas in Lahore.
Also you mention the alignment of Lahore Sialkot Motorway which is in line with this Nallah.
And there is Knowledge Park area to be developed with Phase-6, i have attached the proposed location and Paper Working on this project is going at enough pace.(you can see on HEC Punjab Page).so, there is a requirement for road along this nalah.
Then this R block is near to already developed area (if you consider only 5 Marla Blocks), so here the development will be earlier and easy as R block is quite plain area (as i saw on google earth).
May be R block will be extended towards right side as there is only vacant land.

R plot holder that's a good assessment. I also got my 5 marla ( r-1263) . Unfortunately it's on the boundary wall. However, I am not too disheartened as I was thinking the same points as you. We are at the start and inshallah this will be a positive for us. I have heard too many people talk too negative about R block

People talk negative as it is difficult to digest someone getting anything. One should mention any negativity if any but saying something is bad for no reasons is not understandable. To me R block is perfect

Finally there is someone to talk about R block. I am glad to hear about the facilities near to R Block in Phase 9. What would be the approximate rate of 5M plot in R blocking considering these facilities? Any guesses?

Prism-9 site office is built in R block and development will start from this block for sure.
as per my discussion with CMY , R block holders shud atleast hold for 3 years as it will give alot of gain to them (except those on nallah of course)
it will be connected with phase-9 Town at 3-5 locations too
after this info i,m relieved too as i,ve my personal plot R-218

I realise with the boundary wall, specifically my plot is quite bad, but overall I am happy at being in R. All I say to R plot holders is just relax and look at the map and look at where R is relative to all the other facilities. And you will realise this is a really good sector mashallah.

I hope and pray everyone's investments are successful whichever block you are in. But all I say is don't believe the negative press too much

yes R block is good...i dont know why people ignoring this block...no village around...only one factory which is only on one small side...you will see some real gains here in case of 5 marla...and it seems obvious it will be extended..DHA must have some thoughts for it...thats why they put some 5 marla over here as there is enough vacant land on right side...
anyways R blcok will be in demand soon...
