A blend of
villages:
it will be quite easy for lower staff(masian, security guard, sales boys, maali chaha) to reside in adjacent villages!
Factory Areas:
sectors near to factory areas will be most liked by managerial staff, engineers working in those factories
Don't worry about zigzag map, they appear only on map, once area is developed, it looks as if they were never there!
Even don't worry about Graveyards, as the area develops, a boundary wall hides such graveyards
Don't worry about boundary plots, no one will approach your street except YOU.
Water Works(Tanky) which will remain visible to the residents, but even if it becomes Visible from house, IT DOES NOT MATTER!
Hopefully, HUDIARA drain will be covered by DHA and a series of TREES(GREEN BELT) will be deployed by DHA on boundary which will make the plots near HUDIARA DRAIN even better!
it is just a matter of time, once the PRISM is developed, it will be good for everyone regardless of where his plot is....

Being doctor point of view people residing near nallah and factory will ultimately get good immunity and that will boost health.2nd if it will create some health problem then doctors will get benefit so most drs should take plots here.Rest so many factories are good place to learn.it will help investors residing here to make new factories.Farmhouses will educate about trees and farms so again learning for many.All these things giving so many jobs and revenue.So the prism will spread its coloyrs everywhere.Congrats plot holder,ur life is now colourful with prism :) |
