Most people in 4 marla got OC and hit the lotto. Now you will see how high 4 marla commercial files go. 95% even 4 marla are large road plots. So my info was good :)

OC is just great for 4 Marla plots. I personally prefer 8 marla size for my clients unless they dont have enough budget.

Dear CMY Bhai,

In response of my files detail sent to LRE I received a SMS from you telling that I had plot D-422 against one of my allocation file No. 4793 but as per the DHA result sheet it shows it is plot No C-781.

How it happened ? Mistake or is there any Hanky Phanky played bu some one after balloting and before publishing.

Please help as per you I was allotted a very GOOD location plot.

Just cheers man, that is an excellent location plot and by all means will give you very very good return. water works does not matter at all when there is 150 feet road and almost 15% extra land at very nominal price, with corner location.

how is k block overall. I know it is the last block of dha all phases but it is the first block from ferozepur road side. It has two entry /exit points. One from hudiara drain which is 120 feet road and other 150 feet road from j block underpass ringroad.
please also evaluate my plot k-9.

K-9 is on 100 ft rood and is a very good plot. You should hold it for now. But, keep in mind that south of K sector are a lot of industrial units that produce a lot of chemical waste particularly Hafeez Shafi Tanneries. All their poisonous waste goes into ruhi nala and pollutes the air and water sources around. This could affect the prices in the southern sectors like K.

I have asked countless times but havent got any response yet. I still cannot find the map where I can see the blocks R, J and K clearly and could find my 5 marla plots. The pictures of the map shared by CMY are too blury to find the blocks, let alone the specific plots.

Could someone help with this.
