JH i ve got 644B. Mahmad says its a good location coz of Access and locality. I am a bit concerned about excluded areas

You should not be concerned . Phase B upper part is more close to Phase 5 M Block and Askari than Phase 9. Assume you have taken a plot in Phase 5 Extension where prices are more than crore for 1K......is it satisfying?

Dear Mahmad, what about the access road from LRR to the Sector B. Earlier there was a mention of an underpass from Phase 5M to Phase 9 . The map shows a road passing from State life connecting LRR to Phase 9

Since no one is replying to my request for evaluation I guess I'll help others out by giving unbiased opinions. Dha investor your plot is on back of 150 ft and also near water works (Tanki) otherwise nice plot you have been luckier than I. Would advise you to keep it & not sell for 4 5 years till possession. Unless your life depends on it or you're willing to sell it to me at a steep discount :) lol Just Kidding

It's on 150 feet wide ride and walking distance to main 130 kanal park and amenities , there is another sector park across the road . Not convinced with 75 + , it should be in the region of 85-90 lacs inc development.
May be CMY Saab can verify this ? Thanks

I would say a bit away from the good, so if it was me i'd give it 4/10. Reason is that it is almost not the corner,and the corner is not around any big road or park.
Anyhow mostly 5Ms are on the edges of P9.

I think ring raod will also pass through Bahria town. so is it logical to say the left or right side of ring road in bahria is bad.

That is nonsense and bullshit. A 6 Lane road passing in front of your block and you say its bad. This is all these dealers who want to earn when you sale and resale. Use your own brain ....

In my opinion, i think it is best location because of its access. When you are on the ring road then you can reach anywhere in short span of time. because of Ferozpur road J block is very close to other part of lahore. Lahore is not DHA only. Yes, it is dealers who are saying bad word. Can someone here mention negative points about block j.

It will cause more pounding of water besides the ring road as the ring road is usually higher than the natural ground. You need special passages to cross the ring road.
