I my opinion your plot R1099 is good plot, it is close to the one of the entry points in Phase 9.

I intend on making a house on it in long term Insha'Allah.

So now i wont be selling it and changing it to some other plot in prism.

Excluded area means DHA did not decide about that area so far. It can be bad if they make a large qabrustan :) which is not possible at that prime location ....

Its not corner ring road is not very far although the ring road exit is a bit far, the only good thing is that its a bit near a park.
Oh and yes since you are not very fond of grave yard, so that is not anywhere close to your plot.
So in my view its Okay a location 5/10.

Access thru Sector B
Dear Mahmad, what about the access road from LRR to the Sector B. Earlier there was a mention of an underpass from Phase 5M to Phase 9 . The map shows a road passing from State life connecting LRR to Phase 9

B sector will get access to LRR from Phase 5M as per map. If there is bridge it will give boost to phase B too as then you will be just km away from Phase 5. State Life road is just mentioned on map but on grounds one cannot see it. DHA must have shown it after doing some homework.
