Jalal Bhai I hope your ranking is right as I have a plot in M but I think CMY only chose those sectors in his ranking that are closer to the old DHA and away from the southern boundary line.

these will continue to come up and down in the rank list with the development and after every mini ballot nad near the phase extention Mega Mega ballot. phase 9 heap is bown away and now Phase 9 ext, ballot be really game changer.

i dont know why you are putting R block at the end...ok let Knowledge Park location to be declared...all 5 marla blocks are very much away from the main facilities which is provided in this phase are closer to only this 5 Marla block...no near village...only one factory attached...and approach to bedian road to move to ring road and then to airport...near to already developed area by DHA (DHA9 Town)...
you must have some specific reason for putting R at the end...

Alii Sahab, I personally like R sector for 5M plots, and you plot is not bad. It has a close by road going out towards Thether village. But in my view its not very bad. So Enjoy.

The dust needs to settle down and only then anyone should consider about selling in my view.
Anyhow J 1288 is an okay location.

Sure at that time there will be stability but now is a panic in bad location plot holders and so many plots will be floating in the market. now less buyers more sellers so no gain at this time don't trust who are only looking their 1%, they don't care about 99%. regards.

Well I bought it from him one year back for 20 and he says he will try to get that amount recovered as it is a very bad plot

I cannot tell the price. Time will tell. You can keep it if you wanna make a home. DHA is DHA and in this price you wont be able to get a plot.

Rizwan I would say its an okay plot. Next to TTC-School but the Exit to Ring road is near hopefully that is a plus.
