So this is on the boundary of Youhanaabad, Its not very close to a GraveYard, but not very far also. So i have mixed feelings. Lets see how it develops.

Asad Sahib, J3015 is close to the Factory Area, although it is not a corner, but i think its not very bad a location. Quite close to the proposed ring road exit. So keep it and all will be good.

@Saima Karachi? Anyway L 1059 is a solid plot, corner not far from park. Village is also near which brings it down to an average plot but not bad overall. I'd say keep it until after possession long term unless you need money bad. If you are feeling the pinch of the village might consider swapping with a better plot by putting in some money if you have it.

Fasial Sahab, R-917 is a good one in my opinion. Pretty close to a big road.
J- 1577 infront of a mosque quite close to a corner. I think you did well. Good Enjoy.

Your plot has a good location, in my opinion don't give it in less then 40 Lacs at all.

Malik sahib, your plot is not as bad if compare with 5m other plots. Here approach is much better than others in J due to RR interchange. estate dealer 21 has not given the fair value. but if you can re locate with addition of some amount will be much better in future point of view but don't sell in panic. just wait and see the trend. good luck.
