Ok. The plan wasn't as great as I expected. Phase 6 will remain king.

Phase 9,however, will be the Queen phase once complete (6-8 years).

Also, those underestimating the phases away from main dha are completely ignoring the impact of lrr.

Anyway, cheers mates. Many of us finally got a glimpse of our retirement home =)

I have also the file as AM/9X/ABCD, but unlike 1866, I have only one number ABCD .... Can anybody guide clearly what does AM/9X/ABCD mean?

Everyplace is far when you buy non developed ploy. Even Dha 6 was consisted far when balloted .

Q block is one of excellent blocks being among 1st one to be developed being close to DHA 9 Town and Askari 11. In it especially the block of plots in front of theme park and in its close vicinity in my reckoning are very good how ever plots on other side and towards rear boundary are not that good .

It is bad Location very near Village,
Biggest question is if they will give exit to village form here ofr near 682, If there is exit here as well then worst location.
The advantage is Corner and good exit
but Big Minus of Village and Open access to village

People are underestimating B block. It is between Phase 5 and askari making it ideal for quick development . Approach to other phases of dha will give it extra boost.

sorry buddy if you're on the other side of the ring road you're better off selling and swapping elsewhere. you're on the back side of nishter town et all and all of the DHA facilities are on the opposite side of the RR. Plus this will probably be the last sector to be developed being the furthest from rest of DHA plus dependant on construction of RR first, doubt very much DHA will bother to build until the Ring Road is complete.

I'm responding to peoples request for evaluation objectively since no one is responding to my request. Thought I might help others get a second opinion.

I agree with Taurus,

I think J, K, F & H blocks will be the prime blocks due to access. Look at Phase 8 the prices are high due to its closeness to the access and Airport.

How do you say J block is the last, why not first.

Out of all only A BLOCK is the best having no pocket or village and at prime location. Lovely, all the rest sectors have plus/minus points. Good lucky A plot holders.

Ok lets see. If proposed rr completed i n due time then plot value will be at least double and dha probably start developments from both ends
