Malik sahib. it is better to hold at least one year because now there were so many bad location plots will be floated and it will not give you better return.

It is reasonable plot why do you want to sale it? Let them start development work before getting panic. Donot play in real estate like stock market. Prices donot double by just ballot. Let DHA Town be populated and see how the whole scene will be changed.

I do t know why frank comments on phase 9 are deleted by administrator. Please do not panic about plot cost as it is too premature. Hold your horses and wait at least ror 1 month for market to set its course. Overall the map is just average with false hopes of faat scale development. Best areas near dha town ask 11 and kamahan village are void and not occupied by dha.

If DHA is showing it in their map that means they have acquired it. It can be challenged in court if they show private land as part of DHA. They have a huge legal department. Will you allow your plot to be shown as DHA map if they did not acquire it? Wont you sue them? Areas not acquired are clearly marked by DHA and they are out of boundary.
