Now scenario is little bit different than your previous prediction about prices due to DHA last advertisement that after 30th April's file transfers will not be included in the held ballot 15th May. Earlier your estimation was about 5 marla file before ballot around 30 to 32. Now in your last post it was about 26 to 28.
1. what you expect after ballot 5 marla where that will be standing now for good or bad location.

2. after 30th April files transferred, where price will stand for.

I have a two Kanal plot over there. Should I sell it and invest somewhere else? And what shall be expected selling price? Moreover, will it be better to convert it in 1 Kanal plots and sell separately.

urgent info and advice needed cmy 1.as you know ndc expires for non possession plots in 90 days ,what if i apply now but do not sale in 90 days , can i able to apply ndc again any time ? 2. i have 5 marla phase 9 file and i have holding power of year maximum may be 6 months as i have to go for pursuing my ms in engineering abroad , is it wise to go for balloting on 15 may ? and if i have chance to sale it in 30 plus before balloting should i buy kanal in dha multan for one year or hold 5 marla phase 9 for one year , which is better investment option considering good location and bad location plot luck in mind ??

I want to buy Phase-9 Prism 10 Marla File which would be included in the ballot on 15th May.

I heard that once you call any dealer for a file he would say that yes it is available and mention a rate but the moment you go to him to buy it, he would say now the price has increased by X amount. Is that true?
Is it the case with LRE too

Plots in w block are touching almost 185 lacks and in T block 175 lacks; still possession in not in sight. Can you please share your valuable expertise as what will be the approximate value of these plots once the possession is announced.
