I have seen that ph 6 commercial files were not there in earlier months of 2014. but now I can see commercial files of phase 6. What is the prospect of these commercial files, where would these files be located as plots in future as mostly all the place is occupied.

do u have any customer selling these files.what is the transfer cost of these files 4 marla and 8 marla.

Its upto DHA whether DHA will go ballot of residential & commercial simultaneously but hopefully can expect it will be held at once along side residential files

DHA PHase 6 MB 4-mara commercial files location is on main boulevard as dha has land against it now.. possession plot in MB main minimum rate 600 lacs. now you can expect fruitful returns after ballot and possession.

DHA Phase 6 8 marla commercial CCA files mostly of E block.It is not bad option at all @ 425 lacs.

I see plots worth 275 lacs per kanal in the list. Phase 6 is bound to cross phase 5 and phase 7 will benefit from phase 6 rise as it is quite underpriced.

dear AM there is no doubt in your argument that commercial yield maximum when area is thickly populated but once phase 9 gets populated say after 10 years same 4 marla will not be available less than 6 crore. comments welcomed

Planning to buy a plot in phase 7 10marla and construct my dream home there. have a budget of 50-55 lakh for the plot..

this is a 3 year plan...do you think its a good idea to buy now in phase 7? or buy in phase 9 and wait for the return and then buy in phase 7?

i need some good advise...very much confused on this. LRE and other folks..please chip in.

Better to buy plot in Phase-7 straight away to avoid any tension. After 3-yrs if u dont get so much return from phase-9, in that case phase-7 prices wont be waiting for u brother

Please give me a sincere advice, I really need it from you , I' ve 1 kanal plot in phase 7 in the line of 780 s on fifty ft road and I had bought it for investment to construct a house on 10 marla what would be its price after six months because I can't wait more then that, at the moment its not giving much , is there any chance to get good profit after six months?????
