Dear Friends and Lahore Real Estate,

I need your help, it will be most appreciated.

I want to make a Hiba transfer of a plot in DHA Lahore from my name to my 10 Years old minor son's name. I approached DHA who said that it is possible but there is a need of a guardian.

The natural guardian of my son is my wife. My question is if there is a need for me to make guardianship papers on name of my wife. If yes then can someone tell me how they can be made and recommend a suitable / competent lawyer to me.
