Can u plz inform is there any advantage of changing JJ block Statelife 2 plot with 10 Marla plot. What will be the location of this 10 Marla plot. I heard it will be in Statelife 2 and they will take development charges also. . Commentsfrom people who attended meeting would be highly appreciated,And specially from LRE Mr Saeed. Thanks

they r alotting 10 marla plots very far from main entrance but partialy developed.......price is almost same as 1 kanal SL2.

if u cannot wait and want to make home now then go for this otherwise wait 5 years.

In last 2 months time prices have gone up from 4 to 5 Lacs, Possession expected next year arround March or April. At this time you can expect another jump of atleast 5 Lacs.

80, 100 & 150ft roads have already been completed. Two plazas have already been constructed in commercial area, both doing Real Estate Business.

Development work was stopped in August, 2013 which has not been resumed yet. Some rumors regarding passing Ring Road are also there.

CVT and Stamp duty both have to pay by Buyer. Seller only will pay capital gain text if he/she sells her property before 3 years after purchasing.
