I have around 5 mio at the moment and planning to buy 5 marla in DHA 9 town or DHA 8 Y block.
Kindly advice , which option is the best for investment and as well as living purpose??
Understood that DHA 9 town is bit far from airport and DHA 8 Y block plots are very deep from road level.

I have a budget around 5-6 million. I want to know which of the following options is better. If you think something else, please mention. I want to make deal in January inshaAllah.

DHA Phase 9 File
or
DHA Rahbar File

Also, I want to know why DHA Phase 7 prices are low as compared to other phases. I have 10 marla file in DHA phase 7 and it's price is stuck for may be around 3 years or so. Do you think it would be a good idea to sell it and buy something else on small to medium term basis for example 3-4 years?
