Following are options for where you can buy 4-Marla commercial to get rental income
1) DHA Phase 8 Commercial Broadway 4 Marla Plot
2) DHA Town Phase 9 4-Marla File
3) DHA Phase 7 4-Marla Plot

If you can raise your budget upto 30 Million DHA Phase 8 CCA Will be best option for you. In this budget you can buy in DHA Phase 6 D, L Block Commercial as well.

If you can wait for more than five years Phase 9 4-Marla Commercial not a bad choice at all.

can I get in 18 million a 4 marla plot in phase 8, and can you please tell in 18 million can I get good location 4 marla corner plot in phase 7 .
Third option Phase 9 commercial plots are waiting to be balloted and than developed and than Public to setup their houses and then commercial to start business. How many years it may take to happen.Please advise the best option among these 3 options.

> In 18 Million you cannot buy 4 buy even 4-marla Commercial file in Broadway
> In Phase 7 4-Marla Commercial plot is available as
CCA-1 225 To 235 Lacs
CCA-4 165 To 200 Lacs
> DHA Phase 9 will at least 5-6 years to get developed for construction after balloting (if you want to build for rental income)

In 18 Million Phase 9 is better option among three for investment purposes. For construction purpose you may consider phase 7 (As per your budget)

1)Do you still not recommend the DHA LHE phase 8, commercial in this price or may be in 200 lacs.
2) Regarding Phase 7. What do you think about CCA-1 and CCA-4. what is the reason for the difference in prices. and may be the development status of these commercial blocks.
3) In case of Phase 9 it will take 6 years for possession. What are the chances of appreciation of the plot file in phase 9.

1) DHA phase 8 broadway 4 marla commercial plot is still can be buy at 200 lacs if you want to construct plaza at earliest
2) The difference between prices in CCA-1 & CCA-4 is location. CCA-1 is partially developed. CCA-4 still to developed in coming months.
3) Due to its superb location and being the modern phase of dha (town planning & Facilities wise) phase 9 commercial prices will be appreciated 2 to 3 at time of possession.
