I think this was supposed to happened for Phase 9 prices going down, but not anymore now. Reasons being, (1) all over LHR, ISB, KHR the plots prices have gone very high, more than expected, now it is settling, (2) Bahria Karachi last date is Feb.07, many investors are diverting some of their investments from LHR and ISB to Bahria Karachi. Phase-9 is anyways long term investment, and DHA usually do not let play investors with them, like in any private schemes. Phase 9 is still one of the best phase, location and price wise.
