I have seen people being ripped by some estates posting very very high prices for these files just because we were little lazy in posting prices for Z block. Not much trading going in them due to isolated location of Z block from current DHA phase and cheaper prices in DHA phase 9 that is far better located near to either heavily populated areas next to Ferozpur road or much closer to high priced developed areas like Akkari 11 DHA 5 6 7.
