I response to my earlier message for estimating price of Plot 753 M Phase 5, you estimated its price to 80 Lacs which is lower bracket of the price range of Block M Phase 5.

I want to find out the reason for such a low estimate even if this plot is facing a small open area. Is due to close proximately of a village, close to boundary wall etc.

Its always the techniek of dha to get money to cover the costs of previous phase development and secondly keep people and investors busy.

But the phase 9 is good buy if we see the prices in ph.6, ph.7 and ph.8 of one kanal. For those who have just 50lac and want to be owner of a plot in dha then they should buy right now.

prices are rapidly increasing. the prices have doubled in last 6 months.
still prices are extremely low as they should be. best place to invest now and gain max return.
development is in progress. main 150 ft, 100 ft, 80 ft roads have been completed.
it is a genuine brand name and cooperative society.
NFC 1 has very gud standards and very high prices touching 1 crore now.
