in park view villa you can buy 5 marla in 13-15 and in some where bahria as well. and u have to increase your budget along with mind to construct later and buy now.

when ever i think one question came to mind
How can a country that has suffered from political volatility and instability for such a long period achieve high rates of economic growth?
Economic and social outcomes in Pakistan over the last sixty years are a mixture of paradoxes. The economic growth rate has averaged 5 percent annually since 1947—a feat achieved by very few countries. Politically, however, the interplay of religious fundamentalism, sectarianism, ethnic cleavages and regional economic disparities has made the country volatile and unstable. Various East Asian countries that were behind Pakistan in the 1960s have surged far ahead in most economic and social indicators. Pakistan has thus been unable to realize its potential.

It is usually believed that economic growth can take place only in the presence of political stability, but the Pakistani case contradicts conventional wisdom.

mr.salman how this market of property will perform in upcoming months.years as a humble person common female these question arose in my mind?

Dear Ali, funds sent by expatriates are the largest source of foreign exchange for pakistan. People must understand the dynamics of a recession. The money does not just evaporate in the air, it gets blocked when people stop spending with a fear of a recession, this is what actually causes the recession in the first place. For example, if you stop buying clothes, the clothes seller does not get paid, he does not buy from the mill, so the manufacturer suffers and he does not buy from the cotton grower, so the farmer suffers, and this is how a recession spreads, like an epidemic. I can predict that with the expected election results, stock market will boom and probably cross 2000 very quickly, people will start spending which will directly affect property prices as people will start investing into property again. So I believe this is a good time to buy as prices will shoot up after the election. It is also a good opportunity for expatriates to send more money home as their contribution to the country in anticipation of a better government. I am sure that we have seen the worst and whatever we find in the future, will still be better than what have endured in the last five years. Good luck Pakistan.

Also, we should give a light over the current situation which is getting worst as the last few days are left for this corrupt Govt.
With the condition, It will take longer period for new Govt to put the economy on track, If people of Pak make further mistake to choose again PP, then I am afraid ( Allah Na karay), Pakistan ki salamti ko Khatra bhii huu saktahay.

So, what we can do for our Pakistan sitting out side the country to try to convince all our know fellows in Pakistan to Vote to the right person or any one but to PP ( I am not a political worker of any Party).

I am telling a small story how much people love their country. Fozia Kasuri(PTI) came to a very small town in Northern part of Canada called Fort McMurray, Alberta for funds raising to support the pary compaign. As I Wrote it is very small community with few Pakistani. According to my guess counting roughly 65 to 70 people were there but can you believe people raised 35 to 40 thousands Canadian dollars from this kind of small gathering in two, three hours just to show their love and better future of their beloved country.

You do have to pay development charges after ballot on quarterly installments other than price of file.The payment plan will be available by DHA after ballot.The total Transfer Cost for 10 marla file is Rs.74000/- The transfer will be completed in One day (friday preferred).All you need is to lock the deal before your arrival (at least three days). The transfer formalities will be completed at your arrival.You will get a plot & block against after ballot.

I don't see any problem, as long as he has your I'd card, picture and money to pay. DHA transfer onto your name and then when show up they give original allotment letter.

Price seems too much for 5 marla plot. Its close to what i paid for 8 marla in dha phase 8 which location wise and ppl buying power wise is way better than bahria. Any reason for price so high? Am i missing something which i have not taken into my consideration?
