1.How many blocks did he book/advertise in Sec C lahore and how many developed?Less than 1/3rd.
2.How many files did he buy back from normal poor investors and refunded the money by deducing 20% of booking amount.
3.Who allowed him to add at his sweet wish additional development and possession charges in all Sec C plots?
4.His formula is simple.Aam banday koo looto aur baron koo ayashi karwaoo.
May Allah bless him because he ate poor or commoners money and paid it to multibillion dollar rich bosses.

If you call them they say the development will start soon in this or next month and how long it will take that is not confirm, and also they (DHA lahore) will start all the blocks together.
but i think this development will take time to complete.may be 2015 or 2016.

I had a plot in Gulmehar and Bahria also relocated me to Orchard. After many visits and long arguments, they gave my money back which i paid them 3 years ago minus membership fee. The same land they sold as Gardnia at more than double the price.

Is there any one ask Theikadar that why he is giving my money in bribe.

Mine was trasnfered to Orchard too from Gulmahar and i'm stuck with Orchard. I approached Malik Riaz last year through SSP islamabad and he promissed to give me the plot but it has not done yet. They are all corrupt.

BT is complete fraud everyone will see clear picture after few days MR has given bribe to so many people who are quite and are not disclosing facts regarding illegal capture of property from the original owners for sake of BT, illegal supply of power to BT, once cases are opened one by one Supreme court then all illegal properties like BT will go for public auction.

I think by sectro C the writer mean to say sector E because sector C is already sold without purchasing total land and only partially developed (only about 30% of it). The land supposed to be for remaining 70% is later sold at double to triple price as new projects of Gardenia, sector D, and sector E whereas many original owners who were supposed to get plots in sector C are relocated to BT orchard on raiwind road at very cheap land.

I had paid vey high price for an Azalia block plot near so called 18 whole PGA standard Golf course which I had to sell at huge loss when golf course was converted to a tiny and dummy mini golf lawn and Azalia block land is now resold at more than 2.5 time price as sector E.

Is there anyone who can ask Riyaz thekaidar what he did to poor working calls holders of sector c, phase 8, phase 9, awami villas and overseas B, C, D, E, and so on categories.

Riyaz thekaidar changed Golf Course from 323 kanal to Mini Golf Club 46 kanal and rest 277 kanal sold as residential & commercial plots. Riyaz thekaidar did not stop here he opened a resturant in Mini Golf Club.
