Buying 1 kanal Plot in DHA2 Islamabad

I have a budget of 30-35 lac and have to decide between sector D of DHA-2 Islamabad and DHA2 –Extension (EX-commoners Town). Please advise in this regard whether it’s better to buy the plot in DHA2 located in sector D along the boundary (street 6,7 etc.) or to buy plot in DHA2 extension (sector BC). Price wise they are almost same and within my budget. My objective is to keep the plot for next 3-5 years for investment purpose.
