All 2 kanal plots in DHA 8 proper will soon be facing very high voltage line ( Hi tension power line). Wadpa have dug and made the bases for very large poles on MB of DHA phase 6 next to these 2 kanal plots and khairey distributory. Normally prices suffer badly for plots near of facing high tension lines.

I think 2kanal plot holder visitors of LRE should sell their plots ASAP.

Another failure for DHA, The area will look like a mess, and the under ground cable look will be ruined in whole phase 6 and phase 8.
Phase 8 already has so many villages, deep unfilled land and now these ugly high voltage calbes, DHA Lahore is useless. DHA phase 8 broad way also looks like shit.

Dear Friends.

1. Power Lines Electromagnetic Radiation can cause Brain Cancer, Leukemia (especialy affecting children), Breast Cancer, Birth defects & reproductive problems, Fatigue, depression,blood dieseases, harmonal imbalances, heart dieseases and sleeping disorders etc.

2 The high levels of EMF also seriously disturb the performance of Monitors, Computers & other modern communication equipment.

3. The best way of ensuring safety is to measure the level of EMF with "Gauss Meter" If the reading of Gauss Meter is 0.5 mG the level of EMF from the Power Line (or any other source) is beyound safe limits & not acceptable.

4. Most of the Transmission Lines except a few Extra High Voltage lines carrying high currents cause an EMF level of 0.3 mG at a distance of 400 meters. So as a thumb rule we can say "It is safe to live at a distance of 400 meters from the Power Lines".

5. In industrial areas Max. Level of EMF is in the day time at peak load hours & in residential areas it is in the early hours of the day.

6. Transmission lines also cause "Noise Pollution" due to Audable Corona (Humming Sound)

7. They also have Visual Corona (Blue Light around the phase conductors) usually visible in the night.

Currently too much happening on installments booking plots. Lets wait till 1st Aug 2011 let the dust settle.

For short.

Market is still very strong and plots and files in DHA are very hard to find. Lot more buyers and very unserios sellers. There is going to be rise in market coming days but at this point its dicult to say how much strong this rise will be.

observation of Mr. atiq raja is right. Master Plan Cell CDA told me that no NOC is issued. No private scheme can be developed in zone 4. Bahira have no ownership that is why size of scheme and total number of plots have not been mentioned in the advertisment. this is a big scam by bahira town and some CDA officers.

It is to be noted that the Bahria ad no longer shows the area map as it did in its initial ads. It also no longer says that Bahria Enclave is "In Front of (Bilmuqabil)" Park Enclave, it only says that it is "Near" Park Enclave.

Please check below google map which shows both false (as shown in ads) and correct location of Bahria Enclave. Real location is far away from Park road and is almost inaccessible because a very narrow poorly built road goes to the site.

Please stay away from this fraud scheme by BT.

Somebody should come forward to expose this fraud in media to save the public. CDA officers are scared of Malik Riaz. They will not issue any press release until the expiry of last date. Anyhow if somebody want to know the factual position, he can call Master plan Cell CDA.

The reason that Bahria Town keeps launching new projects without completing existing projects does suggest that Malik Riaz takes the money out of Pakistan and invests it abroad, and then he needs to launch project the money from which, is used to complete the old projects.

hi, so bahria come up with new plan to collect money by offering 8 marla plots. Down payment is 157k so intended target MIGHT be DHA ph9 5marla offer. This offer leaves some serious doubts, first doubt is bahria doesn't has finalized layout plan, i got layout plan from bahria by EMAIL but it looks strange or fake as there is no proof on the page that it is their official plan. Why bahria offered 8 marla offer, is it that they failed to get good response FROM previous offer and now came up with B plan. I m not against bahria but i just want to share my concern .

I have personally contacted Officers of Master plan cell CDA and they informed that Bahria Enclave islamabad project is without any permission from CDA. In fact this project falls within Zone 4, which is not meant for private housing schemes. This is a big scam and some big CDA officers are also involed in this fraud. Bahira town do not own the land. The land belong to some one Mr.awais. Its location plan as adverised in the press is also wrong. its origional location is far away from cda project. Please contact Master plan Cell of CDA for factual position and guide the public.

I have paid 11 installments for a 5 marla plot in DHA Valley. Now, yesterday I have received a letter from DHA, that I am informed not to submit the 12th installment (last installment) since this has been deferred on the requests of customers.
This is beyond my understanding, they have got 11 installments and at this stage when we were about to pay the last installment, they sent this letter.

Can anyone explain, whats the DHA Valley authority upto?

Seems they have realized that after paying all installments, people will get annoyed due to no development work under progress. So its better to keep last installment halted to avoid immense pressure from people who have invested their life savings in this fraud scheme.

This project was probably never a project of DHA who were lured in by BT for such a gigantic venture. They are now finding it hard to complete. Even if they somehow manage to do, it will take many many years to get some shape. There should be a pressure Group of all vicims to agitate the authorities to come up with some out of the box solution to make it attracive for people who have paid their life earned hard money just to see the good name of Army.

True, a pressure group must be established for this fraud scheme victims. I see no hope for this project completion specially after SC directed Panjab Govt to retrieve land site planned for Dam construction. BT and DHA shifted the dam site to other remote area without consent of concerned authorities. Now the land which was proposed in DHA valley campaign is not available as it was previously planned.

So people please gather up and submit the letter in SC.

Yes it seems the only practical wayout to help boost the DHA Valley development, to establish a group of stake holders and seek justice from SC.
instead of approaching one person on his personal email ID, I'ld rather suggest to establish one group on yahoo for discussions/suggestions.
I think one such group is already available on facebook(search from name of DHA Valley)but it needs attention from all member to participate actively.

For 8 marla commercial Phase 6 MB you need to make pay order for Rs 2555500 that will include processing fee plus advance. Advance payment must be sent with processing fee.

Ballot is expected within 30 days after application closing date. In last ballot of DHA 8 Lahore reimbursement of unsuccessful people started next day after ballot. Dont know what will happen now.
