He mentioned a source and not a "Resource" and obviously he does not want to reveal it. Although you , How does your "Commentation" on the issue be not considered a "speculation" as well.
You are entitled to your opinion (rather than a commentation/speculation) on an issue as does everyone else. He just mentioned a source and it seemed to be going that way, and who knows it still may. So you dont know either for sure, nor anyone else. If anyone could exactly know the future, we would be making more money with that skill rather than discussing real estate on a forum.
Authentic information and only proven facts state that this govt. is
a complete failure. To support this fact, look at the rise in poverty, price hike in everyday consumption items, devaluation of pak currency, load shedding, corruption scandals of these so called democratically elected mafia, high unemployment, costly borrowing for the small business, non compliance of court orders and the list goes on. In such a corrupt environment and low buying power, do you expect people to invest in Real estate? Simple supply/demand concept is in play and prices are low. With good govt. policies, investor confidence would be high, unemployment would be low, buying power would increase and would result in improvement of the real estate market along with other business opportunities. Are these assumptions/speculations or good common sense. Speculation plays only a small role and for a small/neglegible percentage in the big scheme of things. |
