More than 1 year back N New Pindi Cooperative Rawat (NPCHS).was merged in DHAI. After merger DHAI call all of the members to contact the DHAI. and advices them to get a the membership of DHAI after paying the 27500/-Rs. Up to 31 June 2010.After that we don’t have any NEWS. From DHAI.
Being abroad we are not getting any information. Thanks to Mr.CMY that he has provide a use full forum. Please give some information about (NPCHS) Rawat.

This morning,there was a news item in Dawn that CDA intends to develop E 12 within six months.The approval of the cabinet is being sought.Any comments ?

I am new to this site. I was looking to buy a house in either Wapda town or DHA the new phase. I am in UK so i have no idea what's going on with the schemes. Can any please give me some advice and information for the pricing.

If there are any instalments any payment plan. I am looking to buy a house.

In wapda town a newly constructed 1 Kanal house will cost you in between 14 to 17.5 Millions. I dont think you can find a payment plan consisting of installments here. Whereas in DHA the cost of 1 Kanal house will go further up.

What is your total budget can you mention that?

DHA phase 5 extension is located in the middle of DHA Lahore Phase 5 block A and J Askari Phase 11 Above Kamahan Road and upto State Life phase 1 area. Please check location map on www.LahorePakistan.net

DHA Town Lahore is part of DHA Lahore phase 9. Its located just across DHA Lahore phase E block and on back of Elete forces training center on Badian road.

Please note we have a corner plot for sale in DHA Lahore phase 7 Z block near Z1332. Its possible to have it 31 lacs but demand of seller is 32 lacs.

There is no comparison between LDA Avenue and Central Park. Go blindly for LDA Avenue. Just make sure that you buy through a reputed property dealer who can assure you that your plot doesn't have any litigation issues.

About comparison: Just have a look at the map to see the location of these societies. LDA is much better located as compared to central park.

Your investment will be more secure in LDA Avn. as compared to CP.

Final thing is just visit these societies in person to feel the difference.

LDA Av. is more expensive as compared to CP so you may need to have a look at your budget.

My suggestion is go for AWT 2 Lahore. Development is complete and u can start construction immediately. Although construction of houses is at slow speed at the moment, but it will be a good society in future without any fear of fraud etc. Before you decide, just visit the society and see for yourself the status of the society and its infrastructure. My guess is 10 marla plot will cost u around 7/8 lac. Good luck!
