I bought a file of DHA 9/10 in 2005 for 36 lakhs, and I need money here in the US. Is there any way I can sell this file now and get money in US?

I want to ask from Mr. CMY . who always favor Dha and park view. Now the balloting of new extension of park view is now a days going on but what about old plots . I have Plot since 1988 in Parkview but have no possession still now . and new management of DHA is making only promises and there is no land for ouu plots in A block. I am 66 year old man nad thought always to give due due share to my sons but 21 year have passed but no hope from the management of parkview and DHA8. When the status of old one phases is not clear then how people trust on the new projects . I appeal to Chief justice and chief minister punjab to please do something for me. at least to my old age.

A resident of Baharia town, Mr. Imran faced a kidnapping and dacoit on Monday evening.
He is electrical engineer and was on his way back to Baharia town through Canal Road.
When he reached near the jubilee town five car riders stopped him, two went in his car and pointed pistol on his head.

They robbers took him Pattoki where they snatched his car, mobile money and every little valuables, put him in another car and though him near Kala Saha kaku. Chung Police registered the case.
He is my relative and our whole family is depressed. I think living in remote area housing societies Is Dangerous.

DHA Phase 5, M Block, 5-Ext, and Phase 6

Dear CMY,

After it's known that due to Global economic crisis, and credit crisis DHA Lahore is now concentrating more on complete DHA Phase 6, 7 in better way. They are NOT focusing on DHA Phase 8, and 5-ext for the time being.

Due to financial/credit constraints DHA is focused to rebuild their image by completing Phase 6/7 in good time. So, it's understood that Phase 5-ext, and Phase-8 will be only touched at the end of 2010. I'm saying this all based on logic, and budgetary situation of DHA after Punjab Govt is claiming DHA 8 Land price.

I need you and other valued visitors to comment on the following:

1) What is the future, and plot allotment scenario for DHA Phase-5 M Block allocation? Is this area already developed? or close to development? Or, it's just linked to Phase-5 ext? Will it be wise to switch DHA Phase-5 ext file with M Block file?? for earlier possession and plot allotment?

2) Or, switching Phase-5 extension file with Phase-6 or Phase-5 proper is better idea?

3) What else do you recommend in this scenario if aim is to make a house earlier in any of these locations.
